Shipping Information
TravMed ships all orders via United Parcel
Service (UPS) ground. Second-day air and overnight delivery are
also available. Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST are shipped the same
day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are shipped the next business
day. For all addresses in the continental United States, shipping
rates are calculated based on the total of the order as follows:

Alaska, Hawaii, and Foreign Orders: The
shipping rates for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign countries
are based on destination and weight. Rates will be calculated at
the time the order is placed.
Canadian Shipments: Please note that
orders shipped into Canada are subject to customs and duties
charges per Canadian Government.
Note: UPS delivers Monday–Friday,
excluding holidays.
Returns &
Refunds
We take pride in our reputation for quality
and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product,
please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the
purchase date and the product must be in salable condition. For a
return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the
merchandise to us. We will reimburse you for the full cost of the
product. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original
shipping charges.
Please note that medical kits cannot be
returned.
Incorrect or damaged orders: If we have
inadvertently sent you the incorrect merchandise, or the
merchandise has arrived damaged, please notify us via email. We
will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us and
you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the replacement
merchandise.

newsletters and product information. Occasionally we may also use
that list to send you promotional information on behalf companies
with whom we partner. Just as you chose to add your address to our
mailing list, you may always "opt-out" of receiving such
information. Travel Medicine provides all users with the
opportunity to discontinue list participation at any time. Every
email we send will always include "opt-out" instructions at the
bottom of the page.
