RETURNS AND REFUNDS
     
 

We take pride in our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and the product must be in salable condition. For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. We will reimburse you for the full cost of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.

Please note that medical kits cannot be returned.

Incorrect or damaged orders: If we have inadvertently sent you the incorrect merchandise, or the merchandise has arrived damaged, please notify us via email. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.
